Returns & Exchanges

 

To be eligible for a return, goods must be received within 30 days of purchase, unused, be in saleable condition, with all original packaging. We have the right to assess repackaging fees and restocking fees if deemed necessary.

ALL ORDERS PURCHASED THROUGH A PROMOTIONAL EVENT ON ABC (GOOD MORNING AMERICA - DEALS & STEALS OR THE VIEW - VIEW YOUR DEAL) ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE.

We can only provide returns & exchanges for items purchased directly from www.ryansimkhaieyeshop.com. If purchased by a third party or retailer you must follow their return process and abide by their policies. We are not responsible for items purchased outside of our website www.ryansimkhaieyeshop.com.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (For example: the original invoice, packing slip or a copy of it, or email order confirmation. If our RETURNS & EXCHANGES card is not included with your order, please write a brief note explaining the reason for your return.

We will not accept any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging. This includes stickers, bags, and pouches.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of all return or exchange products unless due to our error in order fulfillment. For all exchange or replacement orders, you will also be responsible for the shipping cost for our company to send the items back to you unless due to our error in order fulfillment.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged or Defective Items (if applicable)

If your glasses arrived defective or damaged, please email hello@ryansimkhaieyeshop.com to send us photos of the defect or damaged area. Once the photos have been accepted, we will further assist you on your return. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@ryansimkhaieyeshop.com.

 

Final Sale

ITEMS ON SALE OR MARKED DOWNED ARE FINAL SALE. THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN UNLESS THE ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. If your item was defective or damaged, please email hello@ryansimkhaieyeshop.com to send us photos of the defect or damaged area.

If you return a sale item and it cannot be refunded or exchanged, and you request for us to return this item, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange for a different item, please send us an email at hello@ryansimkhaieyeshop.com. We only exchange sale items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different strength. We cannot exchange a sale item for a different style. All exchange orders are FINAL SALE. We're unable to fulfill an exchange request on items that have already been exchanged once.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of all exchange products unless due to our error in order fulfillment. You will also be responsible for the the shipping costs for our company to send the items back to you, unless due to our error.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
